System's requirements: Web System that will be a part of website integrated with SQL DB, which Getting fluent information and parameters from 3 different websites via API and represent it at different systems screens include saving at DB. The system will also send parameters to 2 (from 3) of those sites by API and regularly update them. 1. The website and system will main features: · Payment via paypal or credit card to get the service. · Secured Sign up with password validations and management ability · Sign in \ login · Website and system Design pages and feature will be required. · Dynamic system which users can add, delete, edit data at system's pages and from DB if required. · Getting secured access to outer users to use the system by invitation. · few screens with search, advanced search parameters and results editable grid include exporting to excel with and filters to columns. · Statuses logic and management · values conversions while getting them from API. · uploading files option. · calculated fields displayed on system's screens. · automatic processes and timed batches according to system's logic. · Automatic emails which sent according to system logic and an option to reply via private mail to our system. · Changing passwords and other definitions for accessing API data. · Supporting a few types of users, while each user type will have its own permission to system's pages. · Will be option for type of users to manage users permissions. · Will be Admin permission · Will be Contact us page. · Log out. 2. General requests: · All requirement Based on existing detailed characterization and Will be expanded there. · Payment: o The payment will be by milestones and after checking the developed scope. o for every day of delay, the supplier will be charged 10% from the relevant current milestone total sum. o The supplier Will be offer the maintenance price and Improvements and changes fix price. · Schedules: o Detailed design will be finished until 1 week from starting date. o Development stage will be finish until 2 months. o System check will be finish until 1 month (inner and customer tests) · General conditions: o Will be 4 rounds of customer system's tests, the supplier will commit to fix all kinds of defects\bugs according to customer's schedules and satisfaction. o We can finish the project at every point we want and pay just for the current milestone and not more (even if development hasn't finished yet). o The supplier will have to do daily backups to the code. o The supplier will deliver everything (documents,code,passwords,access etc) to us at the end of the project or before depend on our request. o Will have to delete all code and documents by our request.
