CRM EXPERT REQUIRED - Build a B2B ordering website + Stock Management System

Hello We are the UK distributor for a hot tub manufacture. What we require is a CRM ordering system for our business customers to order from. We have reviewed Trade Gecko and Dear Systems which look good so would require something similar Requirements: 1. B2B ordering system - similar to trade gecko 2. We require a stock management system - We need to be able to add products which are currently in production to the stock management system e.g: model of the hot tub, colour of the hot tub, batch number and also production date. Customers will be able to reserve stock that is currently in production, we will need the facility to then mark these items as instock once production is complete, which will then notify the buyer 3. B2B customers will be able to see which models they currently have in production and also which models they currently have instock with us 4. B2B customers will be able to see all previous orders with us 5. We must be able to set delivery dates on the system so customers can see their delivery dates 6. If a customer has alot of products instock with us, we can choose to group 2-3 products together to deliver at one time 7. We will have different price categories for different customers, we must be able to set different price structures for each customer/customer group 8. We must be able to display newsletters on this software 9. For invoicing needs - either the software could be linked to Xero system or have its own inbuilt invoicing system 10. we must be able to choose a number of products the customer has instock and create 1 invoice 11. Each dealer/Dealer group has their own pricing 12. We must be able to see sales records for each customer to see how much their monthly spending is with our company and which models they are selling mostly 13. We can add suppliers invoices/ cost prices 14. see exactly how much profit we are making from each invoice created 15. It would be best if we can integrate Xero for the invoicing side 16. Would be nice to integrate Mailchimp to the system but not essential 17. It would be good to have a diary feature were we can book delivery dates in with our B2B customers and the admin user be able to see each day what products require delivery to which customers 18. Customer/admin can specify different delivery addresses to billing address e.g direct to the customer WE REQUIRE A CRM EXPERT THAT WE CAN CONTINUE USING FOR A LONG TIME TO MAKE FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SYSTEM AS WE KEEP EXPANDING - We will need to see examples of your previous CRM systems and only require a real expert
