Call external API after Woocommerce checkout

Hi, I have read the project description and I see that you want to hire a developer to make a call to an external API after WC checkout. I am eager to work with you on this project if given a chance. I have been a freelance web developer for 10+ years and I have worked extensively with wordpress/woocommerce in the past. The API can be called by creating a new plugin which handle the hook from WC. it can then make a call to API with required data.
