Clean the code and Update a Fully Functional Android App

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ANDROID STUDIO - MYSQL - PHP - JAVA. As the App as a online page as well. I had a android app developed, the app functions really well overall but after user reviews and inputs, it requires an update. APP: [login to view URL] **** IMPORTANT **** I need someone to clean the code as there are classes and functions which are not relevant to app function. I need to update the android app with the following functionality. 1) Whenever someone installs and opens the app. The profile image and profile information should be mandatory or a default should be set. 2) if the GPS of a user is off, a notification should be given with the app or the app should have user permission to turn on GPS for better location accuracy. 3) The People Nearby and Find Friends page should be a single page. 4) The filter for "Find Friends" page should include items from the profile information to drill down. It should also include the distance function so you can find friends near you. 5) On "Find Friends Page" there should be two circle icons in the bottom right. One opens a menu which you can use to filter the users. The other opens a search box to search for a word or a user. 5) All search results from "Find Friends" page should be listed from closest to farthest from your location. 6) When you recieve a notification and you click on it then it should take you to the notification page to read the notification. Right now when a push notification occurs. You click on it then it simply opens the app to the home page. 7) Include an option to signup with google and fill in the profile information. 8) The progress photo's should have an option for "private" and "public". As well photo's should have an option for comments. The Profile Owner should have the option to remove comments as well. Photo's can be rated as well. 10) Another page should be created which shows a list of users that have progress photo's public. 11) The online admin page at "[login to view URL] should have a list of the all the user's with option to filter out based on profile pic, geographic location and others. 12) The should have admin functions available with the app. 13) Another page should be created which lists coupons for gyms - This list can only be edited by me (admin). The list of coupons will be listed by gyms closest to farthest from user location.
