Codeigniter website fixes for existing site

Forgot password uses a javascript function showRecoverPasswordForm() which is not working. We need to find where it is defined. Issues listed under Autopopulate, Calendar tool, Finalize/Print/Download and General Account will be solved We have to find out the sitewide issues. We have to find out if we can resolve the issues globally or we have to make changes for individual element. We have been working in Codeigniter for the last few years. You have built the website on Codeigniter framework. The framework has two major versions. CodeIgniter 2.x is the legacy version and CodeIgniter 3.x is the current version of the framework. We will need to know which version you are using. We used both the MVC and HMVC(Modular Extensions) for building Web Application in Codeigniter. Most of the issues are front-end issues and it is built on ‘Bootstrap’ framework. Altogether you have 37 issues. We think your estimate of completing this within 5 days is quite doable. We may need a few hours more to study your existing code before we start.
