Continue development on Android / IOS application coded in Mandarin. You must be located in Australia -- 2

We have an Android application that makes use of a credit card payment gateway and mapping function that was developed in China. The app itself is currently in Mandarin but is going to be translated into English for us. We need to implement the Australian mapping function and credit card payment portal as an initial minimum, and then, there will be further work to perform the necessary tweaks in order to have the product ready for the Australian market. This application is heavily reliant on the usage of maps. What we are looking for is a Australian based developer who can speak Mandarin (as all of the developers who created / manage the app now speak Mandarin and are located in China) to help us implement the mapping and credit card payment system for Australia and help us in having the app hosted in Australia on an Australian based server. We would be needing this resource to have conversations with the Chinese based development team to have the app set up initially for Australia, and then on an ad hoc basis should the need arise for further modifications (the Chinese team will be looking after ongoing support). As such, this represents not only an initial piece of development work, but also ongoing work opportunity for the right candidate. The technical specs we have so far are below. The iOS is using "objective-C" and Android is using JAVA, JDK1.7, Android SDK 18 (for Android 4.3) Server is using JAVA, frame uses "spring+mybatis", database uses "MySQL", Cache uses "redis" The core skills which are mandatory are as follows - Do not apply for this role if you do not posses ALL of the below skills: 1. Can speak fluent English and Mandarin 2. Are located in Australia 3. Have experience in implementing mapping solutions to websites and applications 4.
