Convert a Template to a Website

Description of the job: I need to get modify the "JQuery Product Showcase & Quote Cart" that I purchased from codecanyon.net. This project populate products from XML file to HTML, all the display products have a button to add them to the "quote cart". After you select all the products to the quote cart, you are able to submit the request from a form. Finally I get the request to my personal email. Please see the entire project from this link [login to view URL] (I purchased it) the task is modify the code to accomplish the following: 1.- I need to use this project without the XML file for SEO purposes and because I have a website already with all the products display by individual categories (each category have several products in a single website). Please see link: [login to view URL] 2.- The quote cart of this project only works in a single page (I mean the all the products needs to be in a single page). I need the quote cart to be global. I mean that I can use it in all categories, for example: If I'm in category 1 (page 1) and I add three items to the quote cart, these items selected must be saved if I go to a Category 2 (different page) and I should be able to continue adding more items to the "quote cart".
