Create a WordPress Template

Hello to everybody, I want to create a wordpress website where I will add basketball stadiums. The way I will add the entries is by custom post types and taxonomies, that I have already created. Although I have built 2-3 wordpress sites, I want someone to create 2 template for me 1. The template where all the basketball courts will be listed. It will also contain a search form (see template 1 attachment) 2. The template with the information of each court. This is the page of each unique stadium. (see template 2) I have already built the custom post type and taxonomies that I want. I am creating the site in a testing domain. So I will give the credentials to the developer to continue the work. I have a domain for which I will give the credentials to the developer in order to make the job done. But I want the developer to create the php files and assist me in order to put the files in wordpress too. As I wrote before I am familiar with wordepress so it will be easy for me to make it work. +I use the tesseract theme. I want the developer to make the theme photo in the homepage to fit the screen. Moreover the template has to be fully responsive. If the developer wants to recommend me another (free) template its ok. As the website is ready, I will transfer the website in another domain (on my own).
