Create a WordPress Template

I currently have a website with wordpress as CMS. Client request that he wants to edit some pages himself. These pages are:

A) Homepage - parts to edit: 1) Slider, 2) carousel accordion 3) portfolio part (see attached)

B) About Us page - Tabs portion of the content (see sttached)

To add more info:

I would like to add widgets to the parts described above so that client can edit the site himself. The homepage is important.
