Create a Wordpress Plugin

The project is to code a WordPress plugin to build, store and display cat pedigrees. You can check a web based pedigree report generator entirely made on PHP in this link: [login to view URL] We basically need something similar but in the form of a WordPress plugin. Core Features - The plugin must be based on the WordPress Plugin API, WordPress Coding Standards, and WordPress Documentation Standards. - All classes, functions, and variables must be documented so it is easily understandable what might need to be changed in the future. - The plugin must use a strict file organization scheme that corresponds both to the WordPress Plugin Repository structure, and that make it easy to organize the files that compose the plugin. - The plugin must have have the possibility to be configurable via CSS. - The plugin must accept basic HTML, including links. - The plugin must include a .pot file as a starting point for internationalization. Plugin Functionalities - On activation, the plugin should create several predetermined tables on the database, one per cat breed. - The plugin must have a shortcode that can be inserted in pages to display a search page with selectable fields that will query the database and return values. - After the visitor has clicked on “search”, the plugin will return a page with all database records matching the criteria. - After the visitor has select one of the results, the plugin will return a page that will display a 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 level pedigree, based on the user criteria. - Each cat pedigree must be displayed in is own unique url. - Each of the ancestors name will link to his own pedigree. - Under the cats name must be displayed information about the cat (dob, sex, diseases, etc) retrieved from the database. Empty fields will not be displayed. - The plugin must have a form on the backend where logged in users (Contributor role or custom role) can input the cats information on the database. This are the basic functionalities that the plugin MUST have. Any suggestions, additions or modifications are welcome. This is a work for hire and the plugin becomes the property of the buyer and cannot be sold, given away, or otherwise distributed. The delivery time frame is not urgent, but please indicate your estimated delivery time frame clearly. Milestones: 25% at time of award, additional 25% when working demo is provided, remaining 50% when the plugin is installed and working properly on the site.
