It must have a lead capture for sellers, buyers, and a page to list properties for sale.
It must be as close to these layouts provided as possible.
Also there must be a feature that sends text to my cellphone when new leads come in.
The site has to score at least a 92 with google speed test and must be optimized for performance for SEO purposes.
Please do not bid on this project if you can not get it done and get it done correctly within a 2 week time frame.
