Create a Wordpress Template

I need a freelancer that is familiar with LearnDash LMS. I have purchased a licence and I need someone to set it up for me with some additional customisation. LMS BRIEF: I run a safety consultancy business in Melbourne. One of my services is creating company specific safety videos. I intend to use the LMS to allow my customers logon from anywhere and complete the course/s by viewing the videos and completing the questions/quizzes. Every course I develop will be different and specific to that customer. Each customer should only be able to access their own courses (I believe the 'groups' function in LearnDash will allow this. I need LearnDash to be able to do the following for me: * Looks neat and easy navigation for the user * Three user level tiers: - 1) Website Manager (me). I have access to make complete alterations and develop courses - 2) Client Manager (Company Representative). They can monitor who has completed what course, can view an overview of the course/s, and receive email notifications that thier employees have completed a course - 3) Employee. Complete the courses available to them, view their results and print certificates * Regarding the quizzes. Randomly selected question from a pool of questions (there are different questions each time the quiz is completed. Example, a pool of 10 questions where only 5 are randomly selected for the quiz) * Some sort of course reminder (e.g. Jo Bloggs needs to complete the 'manual handling' course every 12 months) * Can access the LMS and complete courses from desktop and mobile devises I am happy to provide you with more information if required.
