Create a Wordpress Template

I want to build a wordpress theme for "job site" having following functionalities: Wordpress Theme: 1) Admin must be able to add following post types -> Job, Job Result, Job Admit Card, Job Interview Detail, General Notice 2) A job post must be linkable to job admit card, job interview date and job result. Work flow will be this: a) Admin posts a new job post in site. b) Admin posts new job admit card post, and link it to original job. Now original job and admit card are linked. Both pages on website will display link to other linked post as hyperlink. c) Admin posts new job interview date type post and link to job created in step-a. Now job post (step-a), job admit card(step-b) and job interview date(step-c) all are linked. Visiting any of three posts must show the hyperlink to other two posts. d) Same logic as above for Job result type post. e) General notices WILL NOT BE linked to any post type. 3) While posting a job, admin must be able to fill following information in individual fields: Job Post:- a) Job title b) Job Description c) No. of vacancies d) Application Start date e) Application End date f) Contract/ Permanent g) Job Categories (SSC, UPSC, Railways etc - multiple selection) h) Job qualifications (HighSchool, Intermediate, Graduation etc - multiple selection) i) States (UP, MP, All India etc - multiple selection) Job Result:- a) Job result title b) Job result description c) Link to original page in other website (custom field to store/display URL only) d) Select previous posted job to link from Autocomplete dropdown (Single selection) On selecting the job above, following information will be utilized from linked job post in option-d f) Job categories g) Job qualifications h) States Job Admit Card:- a) Job Admit Card title b) Job Admit Card description c) Link to original page in other website (custom field to store/display URL only) d) Select previous posted job to link from Auto-complete drop down (Single selection) On selecting the job above, following information will be utilized from linked job post in option-d f) Job categories g) Job qualifications h) States Job Interview Detail:- a) Job Interview Detail title b) Job Interview Detail description c) Link to original page in other website (custom field to store/display URL only) d) Select previous posted job to link from Autocomplete dropdown (Single selection) On selecting the job above, following information will be utilized from linked job post in option-d f) Job categories g) Job qualifications h) States General Notice:- a) Notice Title b) Notice description 1) All information added/linked to any given aboe post type will be displayed as well. 2) User must be able to filter all above post types (except general notices) on follwoing criteria - Category, qualification, state 3) For Job posts, additional filtering should be possible on - no. of vacancies, application start and end date, contract or permanent
