Create bot for Instagram

Create a bot for Instagram. The bot will be able to automatically follow accounts of popular accounts. For example, the bot should be able to follow the followers of account "harlowandsage". The bot will need to follow at controllable intervals. For example, the bot will follow new accounts every 3 seconds. The bot will need to unfollow accounts as well at flexible intervals, and shall not unfollow accounts who have been followed within the last "x" number of hours. The intervals should be controllable by the user. The user needs to be able to choose which accounts the bot should follows all of the followers. The bot needs to be able to detect when too many follows have occurred because too many follows have been made and then the bot will stop following. The user will also need to set up a time interval when bot will start to follow again after the too many followers error occurred.
