Create a custom Drupal group chat module

hello, i need a guy that can create a custom chat module for http://www.gosgol.com. the site was developed using drupal 7.

Most modules on [url removed, login to view] could not perform those functions i needed.

How it will work

The website has organic group module installed already, so, any user that create a group will also have the chat embedded in it.

The group admin must be able to invite and add users to join the group

only group members will be allowed to chat in that group.

This module was modeled after whatsapp chat([url removed, login to view])
