Create one page website (used as template) of PSD file -- 2

PSD design to php / css template for [login to view URL] I have to replace this project due to failure of the previous developer and him not bot able to understand the requests and he was unable to make the requested changes. It is just one page, this page will be used by myself ass template for all other pages, please add information in CSS for form fields etc. so there will be nu mixing up of the CSS output later on. All contents will be filled from an MySQL database and language files. The webpage should ben mainly written in php. Database connection etc will be added later by myself. Make sure the webpage is compatible with mobile phones, tablets, pc etc. Work to be done: - Slice the PSD files for each page - create the complete front end website (1 page) with php / jquery / css etc. There should be added some jQuery code to be able to hide some of the contents, see the marked screenshot. The user should be able to hide box 2, when this happens box 1 should expand to the full available width of the page, depending of course of the user screen dimensions (pc, phone, tablet etc.). Please add a smal button for this function. Changes to the available PSD file are: - button of box 4 should replace button of box 3, so one less button there, allign box 5 with box 1 - add button for hiding and un hiding function box 1 - add pagination (prev 1 2 3 4 next) - add a drop down menu at the users button (box 4 of PSD) and also the vertical menu of the left side - when mouse-over the content of box 8 I need a small popup with extra buttons so the user can edit or alter information of that line Mainbox with database content (box 6 - 9). It would be great if you are able to put this in one table, where alle boxes are combined: - 6 > description about this page - 7 > column names - 8 content, please add both horizontal and vertical scroll bars if the content is not fitted in this box - 9 > Use this box for the pagination This website is used by customers to login and be able to view, add and edit information. Please make sure all movements are fun to see for my clients, hiding, unhiding, drop-down menus, mouse over etc.
