Hello, For cool look of web panel and mails, I would use Bootstrap. First, I would create inventory system where You would be able to search for existing inventory (and change amount you have) using autocomplete or create new inventory. Then, I would create system for invoicing where you would be able to add items from inventory, using search with autocomplete with check of available amount. It would send e-mail from your server with html template. When invoice is sent, it would check and notify you if there is low amount of something (you will be able to set globaly what is low amount and per item separatly, if it is different).
