Custom Javascript and PHP for a plugin

Hello, I am using the awebooking plugin for a luxury suite booking website. In the frontend of the plugin there is a section called Packages. Under packages I would like to make some of the options required while others are optional. I have a code I used in the backend to make all options (required) mandatory by having the check boxes automatically clicked making them disabled, and read only. I would now like a new code that will make 2 of my options automatically checked off (disabled and read only) while the rest are open to be optionally checked off.
