Data Scrapping

First we need to make sure you can do the work first so examples must be provided before you are hired so some data must be provided in excel/csv format. If you go to this site [login to view URL] you will see a form on top right hand side we need all the data in these forms now this form is a 4 step process so we need the data from all 4 forms and we need it put in a csv/excel file in it's own column. Example on the first form we have 5 fields wheel brand, wheel model, wheel finish, wheel size and number of wheels all these fields must have there own column in the excel with that data filled in underneath. we have attached copy of the form we are talking about. You have to fill in the form to move to the next form. we attached a example of what we need now please provide a sample of what we have here from the second page form where is says vehicle year, vehicle make, vehicle model
