Data mining app/program

I'm a new freelancer and I want to build my portfolio. New freelancers are not trusted that's why I propose milestones. In this way you can quickly get informed if I don't deliver to your satisfaction. In my previous workplace, a big telco company, I was a chief software architect for more than a decade. In that job I had extensive experience with web scraping projects. To scrape data from webpages I've used python/scrapy and PHP and also UBot studio for desktop based applications. For your purposes a server based solution would be preferable that I can code in PHP as per request. The [login to view URL] site (in the terms) prohibits scraping data and probably uses some kind of ip blacklisting based on either number of requests or requests per minute. Therefore we should have a proxy management system which checks proxy availability, success and filters out non-working ones and uses a round robin system to rotate proxies to let the request/ip counter to cool off. Most of the jobs in the searches have an email contact on the detail page. I would do the project in 3 parts: 1. write the scraper for one page of a given search query and get all the relevant information 2. extend the project to all the pages of a search, refine the search input method (config file, cli or web based) 3. add proxy management Although I'm new to freelancing, I have extensive related work experience
