Debug PHP program and adjust to automate a few tasks in it.

Several links need to be adjusted so that they work. This program also needs tweaking. It shows records that are listed multiple times in that table on our site. Because whenever we have an update we have to append that table. What we need to do is delete any duplicate that is there that is exactly the same and leave the one record. Using a button to purge all excess records. Two exceptions. One is if the weight field is greater in one of the records to save that record. Two is if the price is different then we need to do the adjustment manually to scrutinize the data. If the description field is different we also need to scrutinize those records as well.
