Summery of project: I am looking for someone to design a Wordpress theme and if needed a plugin to meet me criteria. I have strong ideas of how I would like the theme to be designed but I am open to radical design changes and even complete redesign if it suits my tastes and needs. Background information: I currently have a web hosting and wish to host a food blog on it. The food blog will be focusing on restaurant and food related events. Design: I have been looking at Dynamic News Pro theme and in many ways its simple design and layout are what I am looking for. Unless I specifically state otherwise I would like the functionally of this theme. Overall: The page must be fluid in design so that is resizes depending on the browser size. It must also support mobile versions so that the site is displayed in an easy to read and navigate way. This is similar to the Dynamic News Pro theme.
