Develop PHP/MYSQL sales dashboard using Amazon MWS API

I'm looking to hire a developer to build out a dashboard to display sales data. We currently use a spreadsheet as a dashboard (example: [login to view URL]) and wish to transform this into a web-based solution. Data will be need to be fetched from Amazon's MWS API (documentation: [login to view URL]). The goal is to first mimic the existing dashboard, and then build out new features over time. However, I would like you bid on the following specification that will act as the the proof-of-concept for beginning to work with the API and presenting results in HTML. This should be a painless and fun project for someone who knows what they're doing. The above task is a fixed price project, but this will develop into a larger project over time. You will be more likely to be hired if you can demonstrate your skills be showing that you understand the requirements and have already planned out the task. Toolset must be developed using PHP. Future feature development will also require MYSQL. Previous experience working with the Amazon MWS API would be extremely advantageous. To set expectations; this is a relatively simple task that doesn't require creative design skills and can lead to much more work. I expect the cost to be <$100. Additional milestones can be offered if the scope expands.
