Develop a PHP website

I'm looking for someone who can make few changes in a ready made food delivery php script built in laravel framework. The Scripting is here - Front end: [login to view URL] Backend: [login to view URL] Username - admin@[login to view URL] Password - admin Please check the demo before bidding. Here are the list of changes i need - FRONT END: 1. Homepage should contain two more drop down options “Select City” and “Select Area”. 2. After adding any menu item from the menu, it should automatically add “Delivery Charges of Rs. 30” to the Your Order box. 3. In registration form do the following: • Remove First Name, Last Name and make it "Full Name” • Remove Postal Code. • Make the City as Drop down (Dynamic). 4. In My Orders page, the “Cancel” option should automatically get disabled once the order status is changed from “pending” to “processing” by the admin. 5. In the homepage, if the user is not logged in then it should get redirected to registration page when you click restaurant type like American, Indian etc.. BACK END: 1. Add a “City and Area” option in the Dashboard by which admin should be able to add "City Name" and Area of that city. 2. In Order List Page, and Users Page add a sort by “City” dropdown. When you select a particular city, all the orders from that city should display. 3. In Users Page, add a sort by “Users” dropdown. When you select a particular city, all the users from that city should display. 4. We need the following two types of users: • Admin • City Admin Change “Owners” make it “City Admin”. When “City Admin” will login, he should be able to see only the following options in the dashboard: • Restaurants • Order List • Users 5. In Users section, make the city as dropdown (dynamic) which should retrieve that city which are added in the “City and Area” options. So that it will be easy for admin to select the city from the dropdown to add an admin user of that particular city. 6. In Add Restaurant option, make the Restaurant Type to be able to tick Multiple Restaurant Type. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank You!
