Developing a Web-Based RPG, an online game website.

We're looking for someone to help us build an RPG web-based game that uses our existing web software login system so all users will maintain their accounts. Everyone can use the same credentials at both sites including password changes & resets. This will be a full RPG system, we require full flexibility of control that allow us to control in-game market inventory, managing in-game quests, managing maps, managing NPCs, and level grinding monsters. We have our own artists that are already working on the artwork - we only need someone to develop the code and implement the artwork in the system.
