Fix Shopping Cart/Products for WooCommerce based Website -- 2

I am working on a website using Wordpress 4.2.2, WooCommerce 2.3.10, WooCommerce One Page Checkout and WooCommerce Subscriptions 1.5.27.

The products are the same as the site above but we are just trying to sell locally to keep in touch with our clients.
Product 1: Merv 8 Filter with 76 different sizes
Product 2: Merv 11 Filter with 60 different sizes
Product 3: Merv 13 Filter with 41 different sizes
We want to use these products that have already been setup within WooCommerce with a Variable Subscription which uses Variations and Attributes of each product. I have attached a document that explains the flow of the website and how the attributes and variations look on the back end.
We want 4 steps:
Step 1: Select Quantity
Step 2: Select Filter Size
Step 3: Select Quality and Schedule (every month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.)
Step 4: Checkout
We have WooCommerce installed along with WooCommerce Subscriptions and WooCommerce One Page Checkout. We just need a way to integrate these into the same flow as the model site mentioned before: [login to view URL]

Unfortunately the developer that was working on this job has left and we need someone to get this done soon, preferably on or before Aug. 30th.
Basically, we are stuck on the pricing coming in. We have it set so that it pulls in all the sizes. If the size is not available for a specific product we want it to say "Filter not available in this size" (which it does). The problem is that it isn't bringing in the prices and it won't continue on the checkout. We need some help getting this last bit to work.
I am not sure if the sizes are and frequency are getting pulled from the correct spot (variations/attributes) within the software and I think that this may be the problem. It is important they they do get pulled from the correct area or the subscription software won't work.
After speaking with other developers I think it may need to be reprogrammed. If this is the case I don't mind but I need the project done by Aug 30th, 2015 or the contract closes and I can't get paid or pay for the work to be done.
Choose Your Size and Choose Your Schedule are Attributes to each product. We are then using the Variable Subscription to charge the client every 1-6 months. The Variations within each product holds the amount of months (frequency) and the price for all sizes (size doesn't change the price).
Currently the site is set to disable the Add to Cart button if there are no available sizes for that filter quality type. This is because some filters don't have all sizes and we don't want anyone to be able to order that product if the size is not available. Once the price is pulled it the Add to Cart button may become active.
The problem is that the way it is programmed now, it is not getting the prices for the size from the product.
WooCommerce Subscriptions should automatically charge the client whenever his/her # of months comes around and let us know so we can deliver their product. The One Page checkout is there, we want to skip the cart and go directly to the one page checkout to make it easy on the client.
