We are setting up an easy to use website for clients to essentially send private communications between each other. We do have a few specific functions in mind, but basically we will require the set up of a templated email with details including patient details, type of appointment, time and location required with an electronic signature (more specifics will be given). These emails need to be able to be sent between website users, and users will also require an inbox to catch and store sent messages. Individual log-ins and verification will also be required as part of the sign up process. These are probably good starting points and some later upgrading or easy site maintenance with us as administrators would also be required. Looking into initial time frame to set this up and cost would we be looking at?
