Wordpress Development Project (Good English Required)

Looking for an experienced Wordpress Developer/Team to take my completed PSD’s and create a full 3 page website. I need someone that is available on Skype to discuss details. There will be some html5 animation and the Designs will need be be fully responsive on all devices and browsers. We do not have mobile designs, so this will require a talented Front-end developer to properly stack and adjust the website for mobile. We also require that the Website will be running at least 70+ on Google's speed test. We will need Google Tag Manager installed along with proper analytics tracking codes.  *Informational site only; no e-commerce* SEO:  We have a keyword strategy and will need H1-H2 Titles to be properly labeled. As well as Meta Descriptions and Rich Snippets.  We will need the following Plug-In’s configured and Installed:  All in One SEO, WordFence, Google Analytics. Our Deadline for this project is 6/30/16. This should give ample time to find a developer and execute the project perfectly. ***If this project goes well, we have more projects!! ***We use Asana and InvisionApp for all Project communication but we also require regular Skype meetings.
