Add features to a website

I have an already existing website and I would like a little features added to the website, sort of like some modifications. In order to do this job, you must be proficient with PHP Laravel V4. The website is [url removed, login to view] and the list of what I want is detailed below.
1. I want a new column with title ‘Today’s Sharable Image’ that can be shared across social media including whatsapp. I want it right on top ‘Hot Topics’, and only the admin page should be able to update images there. The site has a bot that shares new posts on facebook and twitter, I want every new image posted there to be shared on fb and twitter by the bot as well. I have attached a rough sketch of what it should look like.
2. I want all posts sharable on whatsapp. Right now they can be shared on fb and twitter and g+. I want whatsapp added and I want all those share buttons for the image in number 1 above.
3. I want new categories. Change ‘In The News’ to ‘Eye witness account’ and add a new category, ‘Health’
4. I want profile picture enlarged when clicked. Please click on a profile to understand what I mean here. Refer to posts with images and see how the images enlarge when clicked.
5. I want emojis
6. I want comments to be likable, just as posts are likable
7. For signed up users, I want it to show at the top, Hi (username), for desktop and on top ‘inbox’ in the mobile menu, for mobile view.
Note: I am willing to pay $70 for this job. When bidding, let me know that you are proficient with Laravel v4 so i know you actually know what I want
