This is repost of a project (posted 3 times untill now), and hope to find the right person who will have the skills to realise this project. Please read project requirements carefull and then place bid if you think you can realise it. The maximum budget for this project is $400...if you feel the budget is not enough, then dont place bid...i dont need your recommendations about cost of this kind of project. From other side...this is freelance community :-)... i hope you understand what i mean...so thats why all "smart guys"...please stay away from my project.

Here are listed the site features that i would like to have all on my Job Portal:

> cliassifieds area:
- advertisers or companies can post classifieds on the clasifieds page
- ability for advertisers or companies to purchaise classifieds packages with different features
- categories for classifieds page (just like at directory websites...so basicly when visitor click on "classifieds" button at the site navigation, the page appear shows first categories which i will supply and under the categories area are buttons to purchaise cliassifieds packages.

2. Overview of the main features and functionalities offered to the registered Employers
> view and edit the company profile online from the personal administration space
> Define multiple contact persons for the company, responsible for the different job postings of the company
> Manage and add different job packages to the account (Employers can purchase different packages offered to them…we will have 3 different Job Posting packages to offer)
> Use these job packages to post job ads on the website (Employers can use purchaised package to post avaialbla Jobs)
> Manage and edit the job ads at any time from the personal administration space
> Consult the list with the jobseekers applied to a specified job ad of send by this company
> Job application management tool, allowing to use this website for the online and offlline job marketing campaings - usrers may apply directly using the "Quick Apply" option on the page. Employer can then either approve or reject these application after that from the back office (administration space)
> Consult and search the database with the jobseekers resumes
> Consult the private messages received which have been sent you by the other users
> Reply to private messages and send messages to the users
> Photo Album (picture gallery) for the Employers where they can showcase they company and job facility (the gallery is visible on the employer profile page with text link...when clicked another explorer window appear whit the image gallery. Image gallery is very basic one whit small thumbnail preview of all pictures and one main big preview window. Employers can upload unlimited pictures on they photo album. Preferably picture gallery is using similar colors of the website and have the site logo on the top and employer 1dentity/name under the logo. If flash picture gallery is available i would prefere to use it.

3. Overview of the main features and functionalty for the Job Seekers
2 types of membership level NORMAL and PLATINIUM (payed)
>View and edit your pofile online from your personal administration space
> Create your CV from your administration space (resume builder)
> Edit your cv with a powerful WYSIWYG editor
> Create Online Photo Album ( "My Photo Album" text link visible on Employee/Job Seeker Profile page)…when clicked another explorer window appear (photo album opens as another page)…one page photo album with smal thumbnails and one big display window. Preferable using same colors like the website !!!...Member can change and delate photos and can update his/her album via Personal Administration space...same like for Employers. PLATINIUM Members can upload up to 20 pictures, and NORMAL Members can upload 2 pictures only!!!
> Make your CV visible to the employers in order that they are able to find it and contact you directly (available for PLATINIUM Members only)
> Upload pdf or doc files (references, certificates etc.) and use them to empower your jobseeker profile (PLATINIUM Members only)
> Manage these files and attach them when appliyng for a job listed on the website (so this means that at the job application form, there must be "atach file" function...maximum 2 files to be attached) this function is available for PLATINIUM Memebrs only
> Receive email notification when there are new postings matching your searching criteria (auto email notification of new job alerts)
> Define multiple rules for email notification in order to help you monitor the new job ads on the website which may interest you
> Consult the private messages received which have been sent you by the Employers
> Reply to private messages and send messages to the users
> Apply online to the job ads on the website
4. Overview of the main features and functionality for the Administrator (CMS/Admin Area)
> powerful working environment for managing websites with ease
> run Multilanguage websites ( English defult language) + Turkish, German, Russian, Czech and Spanish
> add/edit/remove new text to the website (events calendar, news ect.)
> edit the content of the pages with a powerful WYSIWYG editor
> manage banners and text ads form admin area/CMS
> interactive help functionality, advanced FAQ page with Support Ticket System
> manage profiles (adjust/delate/suspend user accounts)
> show pending accounts and manage them
> show pending payments and manage them
> manage banner and text ads system, change packages and prices via admin panel/CMS
> cross browser WYSIWYG editor to edit the website pages content (very basic)
