Anatech Medical website has some issues

Drupal developed website, after updating some files receiving " The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later". Cannot add products or edit [login to view URL] are also many other problems I would like to get sorted. Unfortunately the original developer has been less than helpful. Need some advice and help with site.
