android app for course project

I need a android mobile app with following functionalities.. google login, take image from camera then display on screen. That image will be white with some black( dark) spot.. find those dark spot and put the icons on those.. also two horizontal lines(one on top of image and one on the bottom of image) also as mentioned in files.. Horizental lines and icons are dragble.. means user can drag and reposition them.. then it will show the R vale for each icon (R value is ratio of distance of icon from bottom line to the distance between lines.
