You misunderstand when you say it isn't a big task. You are asking for a custom payment gateway to be implemented into WooCommerce. I can do it, but I assure you it isn't simply a matter of a couple of lines of code. You require knowledge of the plugin hooks/filter system, the workflow and also creating a separate plugin for the gateway.
