Auto Uploading Movies Torrents Files to Torrents sites

looking for an unattended uploader for torrents the requirements are as follow: A-downloading to rtorrent: 1-downloading the torrent file from a specific private site and specified category 2-unpack the files if they are packed(rared) B-creating new torrent 1-adding a specified text to the files contents 2-creating a new torrent with rtorrent with a specified public trackers C-uploading created torrent 1-creating description to be posted in the public sites 1.1 making a poster for the movie/tv show to be grabbed from IMDB data base 2.1 making media info text 3.1 adding screenshots which is to be uploaded to a specified image host 4.1 uploading the torrent with the given content to the specified public torrent sites (some of them have api key) D- removing the torrent after seeding is over 1- seeding the torrent to a specified ratio 2- deleting the torrent files from rtorrent and server -script required should be Linux based and command line bash -coder interested required to be familiar with torrents so that he/she/they know what to do with ease -script to be loaded in our server and all details of how to operate it to be given -details of how to edit commands of download/upload should be explained for future changes if required -details of how to add/remove sites from uploading/downloading site list to be given this is required urgently and we are ready to pay 150 - 200 USD if script is complete error free and impressing we can pay an additional amount as well
