Automated Sales Feed For WP Dashboard

Hi There. I’ve already developed most of the website on wordpress and all of the content pages. However, some functionality im not able to do as there are no plugin’s or widgets and requires custom code. Essentially this is a dashboard interface for farm. The members / general public can buy 1 plant for $10. We on the farm will put their plant in the ground, grow, harvest and sell the product to customers. Then we give their $10 back to them, $0.75 to the person who told them about the website (1 tier affiliate. And $0.25 to charity on every plant they buy and we sell. The easy part is that all our plants are already pre-sold anyway. So what i’ve done to make this easier is build a spread sheet that has per-scheduled sales on particular dates, similar to an auto-responder. For example: $100 will purchase 10 plants. According to the spread sheet the plants will be sold: 5 days after purchase 6 days after purchase 10 days after purchase 11 days after purchase 15 days after purchase 18 days after purchase 20 days after purchase 25 days after purchase 26 days after purchase 30 days after purchase They can buy $100, $240, $500, $1000, $1500, $2000 & $2500 worth of plants. Additional data is also on the spread sheet such as the amount earned, ROI, and other per-defined data that. All have per-scheduled sales dates. When the sale takes place. The plant purchaser will get their $10 back plus $2.00 profit. $0.75 will go to their referred affiliate (if there is one) and the user will have to select 1 charity on our list of approved charities where the money will be allocated. The front page of the website will have a feed to reflect how much has been assigned to: Plant Owners Affiliates Charity There will also be an email sent out when a transaction has been made. This project requires you to: Take the spread sheet and assoicate it to paypal for when they make a payment. Notify all associated users when the sale was made on the website and via email. Build the affiliate code on the affiliate page with a link tracking. Administrative ability to manually assign an affiliate to a member, should the link tracking fail. Build a feed for global sales (last 20 sales) viewable by all members Build an internal feed specific for their individual sales Build a global charity feed to see what charities are earning the most money. Build an affiliate feed to see the top 10 affiliate earners on the website. Administrative ability to manually add selected charities for members to choose from. Enter the text given for the emails being sent out. All graphic design and content pages have been completed. So this project is purely function based on these requirements as i don't know how to do that.. and the functions need to be implemented to the already existing website. Maybe some basic graphic design skills might be nice but not required for this project. I will provide: WP Super Admin, Cpanel, DB and FTP access. I would like to have a call to review the project on TeamViewer. I have also prepared a development plan and could put all tasks on a project management program of your choice. Im not really looking for a team. I would prefer to work with 1 experienced coder. I assume this would be done in PHP.. But whatever works.
