This task is to create a sample application that will create and read secrets from an Azure Key Vault.

Developer to use a test Azure subscription and Key Vault on Azure and deploy a test web app/site to the same subscription for testing.
There is also a Developer extension that will allow us route through the vault in Dev/debug that we need tested;

This task is for a basic stand alone web app that will accept text values for a secret name and value and create that secret on our Key Vault. Also a text box that takes a secret name and a button that will go and read that value.
We estimate 2 days work at most for a developer with the right experience.
