One of our services is to provide organisational engagement surveys and
exit surveys which we currently do by using Survey Monkey. We create a
questionnaire in the form builder which is published on line, we generate a link to it and then use that link to
send emails out manually to people in (or leaving) various organisations.
Survey Monkey works fine but a) we want our own application and b) Survey
Monkey are making it harder to ‘white label’ and so you always see the
survey monkey in the weblink etc which we don’t want. The data which is collated needs to be populated into an SQL database as people complete the questionnaires, and we then have a third party BI tool which we will use to interrogate the data and do the slicing and dicing.
I am attaching a spec which should give a good idea of what we want. We will run this on a linux dedicated server.
Not sure if PHP is the right way to go so open to suggestions.
