Build a prototype

I Want to make a prototype for an mobile app, an mvp. the app is an emoji app but i'd like to have a (mvp) prototype to be able to show and use. My goal is to have a folder file that can be sent from cell phone to cell phone and then opened,copied & pasted into a message or desired place.(to make it easier for non tech people to open and use) i also want it to be simple to operate, and use for myself (to drag and drop new emoji designs in the file to test new *.ttf extension designs) SPECS- 1-it needs to be able to support the *.ttf extension that support android and apple platforms 2-It needs to be able to be sent from cell phone to cell phone (either a text or bluetooth file or the best method you think is suitable) 3-simple for the non tech people to get and use,also easy for me to update/test new *.ttf extension emoji. 4-it must be light on space,i'd like people to use and keep using it. (it can't take up alot of space on the devices memory) Main takeaway:(it has to be simple to use for other people- my idea is a folder that the user can go into, copy & paste the desired emoji. paste it into a text . and the prototype must be able to be sent through bluetooth or something that can be sent from cell phone to cell phone.) If you have the skills to make this happen in quick turnaround time and within budget, then lets work.
