Build a responsive Social Website for a very exciting project

I have an idea which I want to converted into social website. I have domain name with hosting server, I want to build a responsive website that will act like a social forum for members. The topic and design concepts will be shared upon granting the project. Overall requirement-- - A responsive good looking social website (including banners/ icons) -a welcome page with banner to give strong brand message - standard login/signup facility - Users must be able to login through social accounts like FB, Gmail etc. - forums for topics of discussion - Contest pages - Announcements - Active member lists - google map integration to point any event location sample website for reference only ([login to view URL]) Please bid, only if you have done such kind of work previously and have requisite skill set. I know little bit about HTML, nothing about PHP/ database etc., in the handover process you have to make me understand how to operate/ manage the website.
