Build Word Press Registration form that send to API server via POST

Hi, I need a word press guru to create registration page that i will move to my own wordpress page. For need to do validation of the fields and post an json object to an API end point. end point doesn't matter , create the form plus the validation and i will plugin the api call myself. This should be very quick. I need this as soon as possible. will award a bonus if this is done within 15 hours from now.
