i have a ticket website that uses woocommerce to sell tickets as a product in the woocommerce store . I NEED A PLUGIN for wordpress or woocomerce developed to achieve the functionality below
Will allow hosts to Create a different ticket types and prices , set up salesman/ticketbooth profiles to sell tickets via a event admin page . event admins can add or remove tickets from salesman/ticketbooth profiles and this would set a limit on the number of tickets for offline payments the salesman/ticketbooth has access to.
A salesman/ticketbooth will receive tickets to their account . their account will receive ticket requests, send tickets to buyers and confirm ticket payments for cash received.
A ticket patron can purchase tickets through many paths but 2 main ways
1. a person can pay a salesman/ticketbooth and send the ticket directly to the patron
2. A patron creates a account requests a ticket and the ticket may be approved bysalesman/ticketbooth . The approved ticket may be automatic and redirect where the patron now proceeds to step 2 where the patron may pay the salesman/ticketbooth , online via credit card or the chosen ticket outlet. Payment is confirmed and the ticket is sent to the patron
the biggest challenge would be the multiple ticket sells page and the event organizer page to distribute a number of tickets that the ticket sellers would have access to and the event organizer being able to see the records on their page of how many allocated and how many were actually used. The event page must have a box for the patron to select offline payment or the salesman/ticketbooth when requesting the ticket
The event organizer must be able to see the records for each salesman/ticketbooth in a table form for accounting purposes
The 3 options for the plugin
Select the committe member when selecting the event
Select the com when checking out using cash
Let the plugin be standalone and just opperate as a accounting part of the salesmen/ ticketbotth and limiting the acces to a certain amount of free tickets
All 3 options the salesman/ ticket booth is limited to the amount of tickets assigned by the event orgaiser
The salesman should only have access to the specific event they are assigned
And the event organizer shoul only have access to the specific event they are assigned
These 2 profiles should not be able to edit , access or see other events present on the site
The event organizer page would allow the event organizer to add tickets to any salesman/ ticket booth profile .
It would also allow view of the amount of tickets used by the salesman/ ticket booth
It would allow to view the attandees of the event
And it would allow to see event reports
