CakePHP Complex PHP Website Development

This is a half completed project by another development company. The previous development company has been fired due to its poor quality of work. We are looking for a clean-up team to fix up the mess and polish the website to our standards. About half of the functions described in the project specification is not currently working or is behaving weirdly. Your team will continue working on the project based on specification and complete within 2 months. You will also be given all the previous communications record, it is a must to read all our conversations with previous company to understand our requirement and features. Since it is a rather complex platform, we would like you find out what is wrong with it by checking the website against our specification, we won't be telling you what needs to be fixed because too many things are wrong/not working. The specification asked for a "Multilingual/Multilanguage frontend", and the devs from previous development company put in "Google Translate Javascript" and call it DONE. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your team's ability in creating complex web application is essential.
