CCAvenue OnPage Payment Gateway Plugin Development

Looking for a freelancer to help us develop a CCAvenue on page payment gateway plugin for WooCommerce. The plugin needs to be such that it can offer wordpress backend admin configuration of the key input gateway settings such as API Key, User ID, etc. Attached is the API documentation. Following are the requirements: 1) On page checkout - Customers should not be redirected to a different page to complete purchase. They should enter their credit card details directly on the woocommerce checkout page. 2) Successful Order Status change: If transaction is authorized and processed, woocommerce order status needs to change from "pending" to "processing" (Standard woocommerce status, no changes needed to woocommerce) 3) Refund Order Status Change: If refund is issued in CCAvenue portal, woocommerce backend order status needs to change to "Refunded" (Standard woocommerce status, no changes needed to woocommerce) 4) ChargeBack Order Status Change: If customer files chargeback with CCAvenue, woocommerce backend order status needs to change to "Hold" (Standard woocommerce status, no changes needed to woocommerce). 5) Credit card details should not be stored on our website or database, only passed on to CCAvenue for autorization. 6) There should be no mention of CCAvenue within the plugin, customer should not know we are using CCAvenue as payment gateway. 7) Order Verification Email: Customers should not get an order confirmation email from CCAvenue system (do not want customers to know we are using CCAvenue). If email address needs to be submitted to CCAvenue, we will submit standard company email for all transactions. Note: we will still need to capture customers real email address during checkout, but this email address will not be passed on to CCAvenue. 8) Ability to enter gateway settings in wordpress admin.
