We have an existing app that we need to make changes to. Firstly, it was built locally by the original developer using CakePHP, we have moved it to our server but do not know how it connects to database. Once it is connected, we will want to make some revisions of how the app looks and functions. Once the app is functioning, we will go through it and create a list of improvements that we would like to see. This will be a seperate milestone and we can come to an agreement about the price of this. This app tracks the daily progress of our construction crew via input. There are 2 different kinds of users with different permissions, multiple users can be on at the same time. Some information can be input into the database via password protected, online form information such as employees, equipment unit numbers, job numbers and details. Software creates reports based on input and generate several key performance metrics, percent completion, average progress, estimated costs etc.
