Develop 6 php pages + backend php script where applicable as per details below: All the 6 pages A1 to A6 are displayed postlogin of the user on the main website. For this project, inorder to demo the correct working of the pages a dummy login page (taking email as username and password) needs to be created. Either of the pages A1 or A2 will be displayed depending on the customer type. Customer type will be fetched from mysql db. A demo mysql db needs to be created for this project. Test data for the various tables in the demo db will be provided in excel. A1. [login to view URL] (psd file for header & footer available. No psd file for body available. png file with the desired look and content of the page will be provided. Content of the page will be created by fetching data from the db. One textbox for user data entry. server side validation required for user data. on submit, the the usr data to be stored in db (table name userFeedback, table columns: username, feedback, feedbackUnixDate).) A2. [login to view URL] (psd file for the page will be provided.) text content of the page varies on the customer sub type. Customer subtype will be available from the DB. Text content on the page for each sub type will be provided. Common content like username etc of the page will be created by fetching data from the db. No user entered data fields. So nothing to validate). A3. [login to view URL] This page will be displayed after user clicks "submit" on fs.php.(psd file for the page will be provided. Ajax calls to populate various drop downs and validate user entered data will be done by a backend script. Backend script to be created. Content of the page will be created by fetching data from the db). A4. [login to view URL] (psd file will be provided. No user data entry fields, so no backend script required) A5. [login to view URL] (psd file will be provided. No user data entry fields, so no backend script required) A6. [login to view URL] (psd file will be provided. Back end scripts to be separate from the front end pages A1 to A6.(back end scripts for only those pages as applicable) B2. mysql db access thru mysqli not PDO. B3. ONLY core php 5.3 to be used for development. B4. javascript to be used no jquery or any other variant. bootstrap can be used for css. B5. All pages to be created for resolution of 1024 x 768. For display on screens with higher resolution, the page will be centered horizontally with a contrasting background color appearing on both sides of the page. The pages need to be displayed correctly across all major browsers (IE, chrome, firefox, safari) both mobile and desktop versions.(i am not looking for mobile version of the pages). B6. I am not looking for a responsive webpages, but what i am definitely looking for is something which will allow the pages to resize themselves (not re-lay) as per the screen size. B7. All the pages A1 to A5 are based on a single template (i.e. common header and footer). psd for the template will be provided. B8. All code have to be submitted with transfer of ownership and copyright of the code. B9. The code needs to be liberally commented for easy understanding. B10. Please clarify doubts prior to submitting a bid. Delivery: 5 days from date of acceptance Payment: MAX INR 15000. Milestone Creation: C1. No milestone will be created on acceptance of project. C2. 25% of the project amount will be created when you submit proof that work has been done. What constitutes proof of work done will be agreed to mutually before award of the project. C3. another 50% when the pages have been temporarily hosted by you for my testing. C4. another 25% when the corrections etc have been carried out and the work is accepted by me. Milestone release: D1. 100% release on C4. Please do not bid if you do not agree with the milestone creation and release.
