I need someone who understands Codeigniter to create a form with some questions I already have that generates out with those answers a custom PPT or PDF. I mean custom because we should be able to choose what kind of template we want it in the final result. We have tested many libraries that brings it to life so we know it is a matter of configuring it in the right way.
All generated reports needs to be saved in a separated MySQL table for further consultation.
We will provide an Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS server with same configuration (Apache/2.4.18, PHP 7.0.22-0 ubuntu0.16.04.1 (cli) ( NTS ) & MySQL 5.7.21) from our running system so you can test and deploy. Also a documentation on what needs to be done with all te questions and validations for them.
We expect to have a separated form when we can either custom the PDF/PPT colors/fonts/backgrounds or to upload an empty model to be used.
Please only quote this if you can really deliver the whole requested pack and send it out the final pricing and timeline.
