Configure Nginx Correctly for Ocelot Tracker

Basically I have installed Gazelle and Ocelot but I am having problems getting Ocelot to connect to the site. I suspect it is a problem with the nginx conf of which there are two one for the site and one for the tracker. This should not take you more than an hour at all. I am almost positive its a simple case of nginx misconfiguration.
