It depends on your server configuration, once we deal with the specs, then we need to either have a dedicated IP Address, or need to purchase a domain for our IP (still it should be dedicated). Then we will need to install a media server. I can walk-through you towards this journey and we will ultimately have a nice reliable IPTV server
