convert wp site into bootstrap v5 and simplify

One of my WP sites were recently corrupted. Sub-hosted within was a non-profit site www.innovakids.ch. I want this wp site to be converted into static form using bootstrap v5.x. The site is no longer up and running but i can send you a zip copy (about 400mb). You will need to download and get a local copy up and running so you can see the how the menus, links and site pages flow as well as being a source to copy / paste content from. The pre-reqs are (yes, it is an old site): mysql or mariadb <= 5.7.28 php 7.4.33 wp 5.3.14 You may use [login to view URL] and / or [login to view URL] as a Boostrap base so you do not have to recreate everything. Guiding principles: 1. keep the site really simple. see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to get an idea of how simple. 1. Use Bootstrap 5 2. All images to be webp - they should already exist in this form in the uploads folder. 3. Contact form from www.kriya-meditation.com. Will need new key so do not activate, I will do this, just create the page 4. All new classes should be in a custom css file named ik.css. Custom class names to be prefixed with kkc. Please keep number of custom classes manageable. Also no more than x10 instances of inline CSS throughout all files...! The goal is to ensure consistency of design, fonts, line heights etc through use of limited number of classes. 5. No need for unnecessary motions and widgets…simplify as much as possible. I have highlighted details on attached image. 6. Remove the Newsletter registration 7. Maintain clean folder structure - copy from [login to view URL]: a. "public" folder contains all static code to be deployed - no unused files b. [login to view URL] redirects to html/home.html. [login to view URL] is at same level as index.html. c. Assets folders only contains images that are used, all other images go into a non public folder 8. To setup the estore - use [login to view URL] as template and connect to ecwid store. Just create the page, I will connect and validate. 9. site must be responsive - see how text reflows when on top of an image in heridian.com. 10. Absolutely no code other than JS, HTML and CSS. If you wish to use a static file compiler e.g. Hugo, you need to clear it with me first, please. 11. For locally sourced files, use relative links e.g. href="../assets/[login to view URL]" and no absolute links e.g. url="[login to view URL]". The attached image gives you an overview of the changes needed. I Can explain the menu structure and go through via Zoom or MS Teams. You will need to setup a local WP - I can supply the files and db once a bid has been accepted. Thank you.
