IF user is logged in, then user should click the button “join council” where we need to lists the dropdown to choose the council and submit [can be done using wpuf]. Then automatic email should send to council head that a new member has been joined in that council. c. If not logged in, have to get the email id and council to join. d. Two new user role should be introduced. Council head and Council Member e. When user joined in the council, subscriber will also become council Member. f. At the admin area, admin can assign the member to council head and he can see the lists of council head for each council g. At the admin area of council head, he can view joined council member in that particular council and also he can assign any member as council member.
